New Pre-Registration
for 12-Hour Early Access Families
Thank you! Because you completed your camper and parent surveys right after camp last summer, your family earned 12-Hour Early Access for Camp 2027, the highest priority. To make registration a bit easier this year, we're adding something new: Pre-Registration.
You can now choose your session ahead of time. If there's room for everyone who requests it, your spot will be confirmed before registration opens, and you won't need to be rushing to get in at 12:01 PM on November 14.
How it works
Anytime between Sunday, November 1 and Tuesday, November 10, just log in and pre-register for one Traditional Camp session (one-week or two-week) for each of your campers.
Complete your camper information and pay your deposit.
By Thursday, November 12, we'll email you to let you know if your session is confirmed.
If there's room for everyone who requested your session, your spot is confirmed, and you're done. Based on registrations last summer, we expect most pre-registrations to be confirmed, with the likely exception of:
Two-Week Session 5&6 for both boys and girls
Potentially Two-Week Session 1&2 for girls, and
Potentially One-Week Session 5 for boys.
That said, this is the first time that we have offered a pre-registration option, so these predictions are subject to change.
If a session receives more requests than spaces, no one will be pre-registered for that session, and we'll open that session at 12:01 PM on Saturday, November 14, when 12-Hour Early Access begins, on a first-come, first-served basis. If you pre-register, your information and deposit will already be in, so registering should be quicker once you are released from the online waiting room. If your desired session is full, you can use your deposit for any other session, or we'll refund it in full.

Important Details
Coming for more than one session? Pre-register for one, then add the others at 12:01 PM on Saturday, November 14.
CIT: Pre-Registration is for one-week and two-week Traditional Camp sessions only. Due to their extremely limited availability, CIT sessions will open at 12:01 PM on Saturday, November 14.
Siblings each choose their own session. Siblings do not need to attend the same session. First-time campers who are siblings of returning campers are eligible for Pre-Registration too.
Sessions that have historically filled early will be noted when you choose your session, so you will have an idea of what to expect.
Activities: All confirmed pre-registered families officially receive a timestamp of 12:01 PM on November 14 for their registration date. It is as if you registered the moment 12-Hour Early Access opened, but without the wait! That puts pre-registered campers at the front of the line for activity choices, ahead of anyone who registers after that. Among pre-registered families, the order will be random. We expect the vast majority of pre-registered campers to get all or most of their top activity choices.
Change of Plans? You can cancel any confirmed registration for a full refund until 5:00 PM on Monday, November 16.
Prefer not to pre-register? You can still register at 12:01 PM on Saturday, November 14, and choose from any open sessions.
Frequently asked questions
Why are you offering Pre-Registration?
Two reasons. First, it's our thank you for completing your surveys. Families can choose their session at their own pace without the pressure of logging in at a specific time. Second, with fewer families needing to be online at the same moment, registration runs more smoothly for everyone, including families registering at 12:01 PM on November 14.
How do I know if my family has 12-Hour Early Access?
In addition to receiving an email in October with your registration time, you can log in to your account anytime here to check. If it says 12:01 PM on Saturday, November 14, or that you are eligible for Pre-Registration, then your family is eligible.
Does it help to pre-register on November 1 instead of November 10?
No. Nobody is placed into a session until Pre-Registration closes, so every request made between November 1 and 10 is treated the same. Take your time.
How do you decide whether a session has room?
After Pre-Registration closes, we count the requests for each session, for boys and girls separately. If there is room to accommodate all requests, everyone gets confirmed. We will send you an email by November 12 to confirm your registration, and you will be able to see it on your Camper List Page when you log in as well.
What if my session receives more requests than spaces?
We'll let you know by email by November 12 and post your status on your Camper List Page. You will need do Early Access Registration, which opens at 12:01 PM on Saturday, November 14, and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Your information and deposit will already be in, so registering should be quicker.
Why is Pre-Registration limited to one session per camper?
This gives more families the opportunity to be confirmed before registration opens. Families can register their campers for additional sessions beginning at 12:01 PM on November 14.
Can I change my session before November 10?
Yes. You can change your choice of session as often as you like until Pre-Registration closes on Tuesday, November 10.
My child wants to come with a friend. What should we do?
We encourage you to register as soon as you are eligible. All returning campers are eligible to register by November 15th, and you can cancel any registration for a full refund until 5:00 PM on Monday, November 16. You can also change sessions to be with a friend without penalty. You can request each other as cabinmates as usual anytime between November 15 and June 1st.
What happens to my deposit if I don't end up registered?
It applies to any other session you choose. If you’d rather have it back, we’ll refund it in full as long as you ask online or by email by 5:00 PM on Monday, November 16.
I haven't heard from you by November 12. What should I do?
