If you love kids, and you want to have the summer of a lifetime, then join the 2024 Sandy Hill Camp Summer Staff!

Each summer, over 200 people from all across the USA and countries around the world gather in Maryland to create our summer camp staff. Dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of our campers by being positive adult role models and by putting the needs of their campers ahead of their own, the staff creates the heart of the Sandy Hill Camp experience. The staff is what makes Sandy Hill Camp truly amazing!

Staff Eligibility

You must have completed high school to be a Cabin Counselor or Specialty Staff, although most have completed at least one year of college. You must be physically and mentally capable of being the primary care-giver and supervisor for 8-16 year old children in an active, residential camp environment.

For high school sophomores and juniors, there are positions available as lifeguards, kitchen staff, and stablehands.
