Well, you found it. The secret stash of all of the important forms for camp. The camp forms are available in either of two common formats: Adobe Reader (.pdf) files and MicroSoft Word (.doc) files.

Need help reading the Adobe Reader format (.pdf)

1. First try to click on any of the forms above to see if they will be displayed on your screen.
2. If the file did not show up on your screen, try the Microsoft Word format of the same document.
3. If that does not work, you will need to download special viewing software from Adobe. You can download it for free from Adobe at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. Please note that you must use at least version 4.0 for the registration form to be correct.
4. After you have successfully downloaded the Adobe Reader software, click again on the document that you want to open the form on your screen.
5. Be sure that your printer is set on "portrait", and then choose "File" and "Print" to print it out.
6. Use the "Back" arrow on your browser to come back to this page.

For the Microsoft Word format (.doc)

1. Click on the document above and it should show up on your screen.
2. Be sure that your printer is set on "portrait", and then choose "File" and "Print" to print it out.

4. Fill out the form, and mail it in with your deposit to the address at the top of the form.
